Sound Asleep

Brian and I were down in the basement while Mathias was supposed to be in his bed napping. I kept hearing something banging around upstairs and thought Mathias had gotten up early and would come downstairs when he was ready. Then the noise stopped and I didn't think anything of it. Brian and I went upstairs a few minutes later and this is what we found. Mathias was sound asleep on the bottom stair with is stuffed animals and blankie. I think he was trying to vacuum the stairs and just got tired.He was sound asleep and slept there for about 30 minutes after we found him.

It seems like everywhere we go Mathias gets free stuff. He went with Brian to run some errands the other day and the ladies at one store thought Mathias was so cute they gave him a stick horse. What a spoiled little boy. :)

Out of the Mouths of Babes

This afternoon I was putting Mathias down for a nap and he asked me, "Where's Daddy?" I told him Daddy was down stairs feeding Nickolas. Mathias said, "Oh...with his man boobs?"

Look Who's Sitting Up!

Nickolas started sitting up last night.
He still needs some balance but he can sit for a minute or so on his own. He also started rolling over last night.

Breakfast???

I didn't come down stairs fast enough to get breakfast for Mathias so he helped himself to some leftover bread on the counter.

Dirty Face

Mathias with dirt spatter on his face. It made me laugh because he NEVER gets his face dirty while playing (eating is a different story).

Good thing we were outside. I hosed him off when he was done.

Last week my parents came up to visit. My Dad was helping Brian with a work project so my Mom and I took the boys to lunch. We went to Burger King for lunch followed by Dairy Queen for cherry dipped ice cream cones. Mathias really enjoyed his "arse cream" as he calls it.
